This series explores the concept of visual literacy—not just as a skill tied to fine arts, but as a fundamental part of everyday human experience. Through a focused, practical curriculum, participants gain an understanding of how artists engage with and expand this faculty in their practice.The course offers a clear and accessible foundation in art and its workings, providing audiences—especially those from vernacular and regional backgrounds—with tools to strengthen their understanding of visual culture. It aims to build critical awareness and open pathways to the broader glocal (global + local) art landscape.
