Penetrating Delirium – Redeeming Practice from the Quotidian

 | Ti Quest- Nehru Centre

Artists in lack of patronage tend to sidetrack their studio practice for supporting their families. Navigating through domestic and professional duties, often female artists juggle the chores and let their work stay dormant.

With Faandee as the Knowledge partner to the project Ti-Quest, ‘Penetrating Delirium -Redeeming Practice from the Quotidian’ was an exhibition resulting from creative counselling and mentorship of over 09 months for the participating 30 women artists – alumni of SNDT Visual Arts Department by artists Prajakta Palav, Surekha Sharada and some participant portfolio sessions were held.

The show ensured that each participant had a fresh inquiry into their practice, however nascent would be their restart.
