Two of the celebrated projects for Sustainable Alternatives For Rural Accord – SARA Centre include the ROOTS – Cultural Heritage permanent installation and the Sahyadri Samvada mobile exhibition. Faandee focused on interactive design to ensure that content was engaging for all ages. Consideration was given to viewer height, with panels designed at varying levels for children to young adults. Text visibility was prioritized using legible fonts and bilingual content in English and Kannada, ensuring ease of reading and comprehension. Graphic elements like maps, timelines, mascots, and gamification were used in designing for playfulness and interactivity, allowing diverse visitors to engage directly with the content, making the experience both informative and enjoyable.
By combining visual storytelling, bilingual text, and interactive formats, Faandee helped create educational experiences that are inclusive, relatable, and inspire curiosity across linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
