Making art accessible is an essential aspect of exhibition-making. Art mediation goes a step further by encouraging active viewer engagement through inclusive, playful, and easy-to-understand formats designed for diverse audiences.
Faandee contributed in an editorial capacity to the open-source publication Tool Kit, developed as part of Space for Encounters – Art Mediation for Open Access, an initiative under the Kochi-Muziris Biennale 2016. The toolkit aims to support mediators, educators, and institutions in creating open, participatory encounters with art.
